Evoka Data Deletion

How to delete your Evoka account and request deletion support.

How to delete account in app

You can delete your Evoka account from inside the app by going to:

Profile / Account / Delete Account

Deleting the Evoka app from your phone does not delete your server account or stored vault data.

Email deletion request

You can also request deletion by emailing support@modelgenieai.com. Please use the subject line Privacy Request - Delete and send the request from your registered email address when possible.

What gets deleted

  • Your Evoka account profile and app settings.
  • Vault items, uploaded files, notes, extracted details, images, documents, receipts, bills, and related metadata.
  • Reminders, reminder history, and notification tokens associated with your account.
  • Family membership records and shared access permissions where applicable.
  • Support data tied to the account where deletion is not limited by legal, safety, or dispute-handling needs.

What may be retained

  • Logs, backups, and diagnostics for limited periods before they expire through normal retention cycles.
  • Legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute, and payment records where required or reasonably necessary.
  • App store purchase history or subscription records controlled by Apple, Google, or a revenue provider.
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.

Timeline

When you request account deletion in the app, Evoka may allow a short cancellation grace period before permanent deletion begins. We aim to complete deletion within 7 days after the grace period ends, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-handling, backup, or provider-processing reasons.

Identity verification

To protect your account, we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

Family sharing

If you are in a family group, your shared access is removed when your account is deleted. Other users may keep their own accounts and data, including items they independently created or uploaded.
